To create an account and use bet23's services, you must meet all of the following criteria:
Bet23 verifies age and identity through the CPF provided at registration. Accounts created with false or third-party information will be closed and any balances held pending investigation. The platform uses anti-fraud systems and may request additional documentation at any time to confirm the account holder's identity.
Attention: Creating more than one bet23 account per CPF is strictly prohibited. Duplicate accounts will have their bonus balance cancelled and may be closed without prior notice.
Registering with bet23 is free and can be done directly on the website. To create your account, you will need to provide your full name, CPF, date of birth, email address, and a secure password. All information provided must be accurate and match your real identity — creating an account using someone else's details is not permitted, even with their consent.
You are solely responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. bet23 recommends using a unique, strong password with uppercase and lowercase letters, numbers, and special characters. Never share your password with anyone. If you suspect unauthorized access, contact our support team immediately.
Bet23 will never ask for your password by email, chat, or phone. If anyone claiming to be from bet23 requests your password, end the conversation immediately and report it to our support team.
Bet23 may request identity documents — national ID, driver's license, proof of address, or bank statement — to verify your identity before processing withdrawals or when suspicious activity is detected. This practice, known as KYC (Know Your Customer), is standard across the betting industry and helps keep every user on the platform safe.

The minimum deposit via Pix is R$ 10.00. Maximum limits per transaction vary by payment method and are displayed on the deposit screen before confirmation. All deposits are processed in Brazilian currency (BRL — R$).
Withdrawals at bet23 are processed exclusively via Pix to the registered key linked to the same CPF as the account holder. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted. The minimum withdrawal amount is R$ 20.00, and processing takes up to 15 minutes from the time of the request under normal operating conditions.
Before processing your first withdrawal, bet23 may request identity verification. High-value withdrawals may require additional documentation in accordance with the platform's security procedures. There are no withdrawal fees for transactions made via Pix.

bet23 does not accept deposits in cash, cryptocurrency, or through any method not listed above. Unauthorized deposit attempts may be reversed without notice.
A bet is considered confirmed and binding when bet23's system issues a registration confirmation. Bets still being processed are not considered confirmed. Users are responsible for verifying ticket details — event, market, selection, and amount — before confirming. User errors made after confirmation do not entitle the user to cancellation.
Confirmed bets cannot be changed. A bet may only be cancelled before the event starts and in specific cases covered by these rules. The Cash Out feature — where available — allows you to settle a bet before the event ends, based on the conditions in effect at the time of settlement.
If an event is cancelled before it starts, all bets placed on that event will be voided and the staked amount refunded in full to the account balance. If an event is postponed and does not take place within 48 hours of the original date, the same voiding rule applies. Restarted or temporarily suspended events follow sport-specific rules, described in the platform's help section.
Bet23 reserves the right to cancel bets placed at incorrect odds resulting from technical or human error. In such cases, the staked amount will be refunded in full. The platform will always notify the user whenever this occurs.
The minimum bet per ticket at bet23 is R$ 1.00. Maximum limits vary by event, market, and sport, and are displayed in the betting interface before confirmation.
Bet23 offers a selection of online casino games — including slots, live tables, crash games (Aviator, Spaceman, JetX, and others), Plinko, and Mines — provided by internationally certified suppliers.
The crash games available at bet23 use the Provably Fair system, which guarantees the randomness and integrity of each round through cryptographic verification. Users can independently verify any round using the tools provided by the game supplier. bet23 does not interfere with the outcome of any game provided by certified third parties.
In the event of a technical malfunction affecting an ongoing game — such as a server disconnection, freeze, or software error — bet23 will take the following steps: if the outcome can be determined from the partial data available, that outcome will stand. If the outcome cannot be determined, the amount wagered will be refunded. Winnings obtained during a malfunction period may be cancelled at the platform's discretion following a technical review.
The minimum bet for bet23 casino games and crash games is R$ 1.00 per round. Maximum limits vary by game and are displayed in the interface before each round. Some live casino games may have specific table limits set by the providers, which are subject to change without prior notice.
Bet23 offers bonuses and promotions regularly for both new and existing users. Each promotion has its own eligibility requirements, rollover conditions, and expiry dates, which are published on the Promotions page and take precedence over the general rules described in this section.
The bet23 welcome bonus matches 100% of your first deposit, up to R$ 500.00. To receive the bonus, you must make a minimum first deposit of R$ 30.00. The bonus balance is credited separately from your real balance and can only be converted to real funds and withdrawn after the required rollover has been completed.
The standard bet23 rollover is 30 times the bonus amount in eligible bets. Bets with odds below 1.50 do not count toward the rollover. System bets (multi-bet combinations) may count partially, as described in the specific promotion's terms. The deadline to complete the welcome bonus rollover is 30 days from the date the bonus is credited.
The following are prohibited practices that may result in bonus cancellation and account closure:

You can request account closure at bet23 at any time by contacting our support team. Before closure, any available real-money balance will be returned via Pix to your registered key, provided there are no restrictions related to active bonuses or ongoing investigations. Bonus balances that have not met the rollover requirement will be automatically forfeited.
Bet23 reserves the right to suspend or close accounts in the following cases: violation of these Terms and Conditions; fraudulent activity or suspected fraud; provision of false information during registration; failure to comply with a legal or regulatory requirement; prolonged inactivity (more than 24 months without access or transactions). In cases of closure due to Terms violations, balances obtained through unlawful means may be withheld or cancelled.
Real balances from accounts closed at bet23's initiative — except in confirmed cases of fraud — will be returned to the user via Pix after the review is completed, which may take up to 30 business days. The user will be notified by email about the outcome and next steps.
Bet23 may update these Terms at any time to reflect changes in the services offered, legal requirements, or internal business decisions. Whenever a significant change is made, registered users will be notified at least 7 days in advance by email and through a prominent notice on the platform.
Changes that do not materially affect user rights — such as grammar corrections, section reorganisation, or clarifications with no change in substance — may be published without prior notice. The date of the last update is always shown at the top of this page.
Continued use of bet23 after updated Terms take effect constitutes acceptance of those changes. If you disagree with the new conditions, you must request account closure before the changes come into force.
